    Pros

Great leadership and good pay. Pay for performance, so if you work hard your pay will go up quickly.

    Cons

Large corporation that does have its fair share of politics. You do have to be aware of how the politics work and understand that sometimes politics will prevail and you have to learn from it and move on.

Former Employee - Engineer in Fort Worth, TX

I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Training opportunities are great depending on your management.
Stability - depending on which department you're in.
Diverse opportunities for expanding or keeping your job.

    Cons

You are replaceable, simply an asset to get the work done, so don't expect to be treated as a human with feeling and emotion. Behave as a machine to get the work done and you'll be okay if you do it well.
Management and Union cannot get along - both act like little children arguing in a playground.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None - they sincerely don't want to hear what they need to change and for sure don't want to listen to what it will honestly take to make a difference.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
