Pros

Managment works with employes to ensure that there is a balance of work/life commitments. The avalibilty to cross train into other areas is readily avaliable. There is a very through trainging plan in place to ensure everyone knows there responibilities.

Cons

Senior managment does not always seem to respond to employee inquires very fast.

Advice to Senior Management

I would apperciate that questions pretaining to an employee's well being be answered in a swift manner.
