    Pros

Great products, great work ethic, patriotic employees

    Cons

While there are many great leaders at Lockheed Martin, my chain of leadership did not fit that profile. The goal was to create a change in how the business of human resources would be carried out. While necessary and on target, many employees are simply in fear for their jobs based on how this change is being carried out. The result is dysfunctional behavior from people triggered by fear.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold your leaders accountable for how they treat their people versus just the activities and accomplishments. The leadership team is not walking their talk.
