    What they say is what they do, majority of the time.

    Cons

    Arrogant attitude costing them new business; the submitted proposal HAS to meet the RFP requirements!
    Unknown long term impact of sequestration and chaotic Congress. Employees being furloughed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Yes, you may know what the customer needs better than the customer. Write the proposal to match the RFP anyway! The incumbent no longer starts with "more points" than the competition.
