Lockheed Martin – “Not Bad”

Pros

I love the work I do at Lockheed. Very satisfying. The pay is in line with most other places, and most of my co-workers are fun to be around.

Cons

Lockheed Martin is huge. You really have to stand out if you are looking to get promoted. Also, because it is so big, things move pretty slowly.

Advice to Senior Management

Make the employee feel like they are contributing to the company in a meaningful way and replace some of the mid-level managers who don't know what they are doing.
