Pros

Their Engineering Leadership Development Program is one of the best technical development programs in the defense industry. Good benefits. Locations across the United States.

Cons

You have to know the right people in order to grow in your career. You can easily become pigeon-holed into a singe role. Programs are risk averse when it comes to using newer technology; as a result, you may not always get to utilize latest technologies in your work.

Advice to Management

The "good old boy" culture does not lend itself to the egalitarian ideal that the corporation strives to uphold.

    Pros

Everyone was very friendly. I had the opportunity to rub elbows with upper management A LOT. The work was fairly challenging and fulfilling. I had a mentor that guided me thorough the whole process and explained to me how working full-time at Lockheed really is.

    Cons

During the internship, I sometimes ran out of things to do. Can be a very political atmosphere.
