    Pros

Strong emphasis on ethics, doing what is right, and respecting all employees regardless of rank creates an easy workplace environment to work in.

    Cons

Limited opportunities for career change/advancement or even work on new projects. Despite being a large company, it is easy to get pigeon-holed into a job/organization. Compensation is seniority based and not necessarily performance based (as most large companies). Bureaucracy of large organization can drive you nuts sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Follow through with your visions of organizational change.

    Pros

Their Engineering Leadership Development Program is one of the best technical development programs in the defense industry.

    Good benefits.

    Locations across the United States.

    Cons

You have to know the right people in order to grow in your career.

You can easily become pigeon-holed into a singe role.

Programs are risk averse when it comes to using newer technology; as a result, you may not always get to utilize latest technologies in your work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The "good old boy" culture does not lend itself to the egalitarian ideal that the corporation strives to uphold.
