I have been working at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Starting pay was great thought is was a good company but after 13years it turned bad. Worse management

Cons

Then after 13years working for the company they wanted to lower salaries lower than started 13 years ago. No Loyality. Managment only looks out for managers....Poor management that get rewarded for doing a bad job.

Advice to Management

A Company is only as good as its employees and when you screw your employees there goes the company.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Lockheed Martin as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

There is a greater focus on quality and less fast-paced pressure than in other manufacturers.

    Cons

Because of multiple layers in departments, making any change is slow. Often innovators are not recognized in favor of less productive status maintainers.

    Advice to Management

Lay out the number of workers reporting to each level of management and it becomes obvious where management is top heavy.
