I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great organization to work in, if you are a manager and above.

    Cons

Very top heavy. HR and hiring managers will try to low-ball your salary negotiation. Generally, new employees will get paid in between 10-15% percentile range of what other companies would offer. My manager never said hello and never introduced himself. And for almost a year, didn't know he sat just a few offices down and we had passed each other in the hall.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Say hello to the little people, it would make them feel a little more at home.

I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Because you don't have anything better.

    Cons

Putting up with never ending management initiatives that go no where.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Way to many in management. Stop incentive comp as it causes terrible consequences.
