Pros

The company undertakes some of the biggest engineering challenges know to the world. They provide great resources to get these tasks done and are very helping for providing for continuing education. The salary is very good relative to competitors along with their benefits package.

Cons

The amount of security and bureaucratic within the company. The security is understandable since they are government contractors. Since the company is huge, some things take longer than should and something you get lost in the crowd.

Advice to Management

I feel like the staff does a pretty good job running the company. Outside of trying to make things run a bit faster and stream line processes, i was happy with how things were run.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Competitive pay and benefits. 9/80 work schedule.

    Cons

Some of the very senior level managers use fear and intimidation to manage. I have seen some shockingly disrespectful things said to employees. Their next level group managers and employees are afraid to approach them or bring them bad news. Not a good situation. All of the managers here could use some serious training.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to determine which managers treat employees with disrespect. Get involved.
