I have been working at Loews Hotels

    Pros

The people at Loews are great, management really do their best to make life good for the employees. You get great benefits and perks.
The offices are great to work in.

    Cons

Small corporate offices with very old blood, not to many new hires at all and when there is, they are all usually over 40.
It is also very very clicky, you better have good people management skills if you want to well in that company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open minded to new ideas, hire some fresh blood.
It seems as if the same folks have beem working there forever and they all seem to be way to comfortable and cushy with there jobs.
