“Could be so much better.”
Former Employee – worked at Logic Technology
Pros – Co-workers are pleasant and talented.
Cons – They lack flexibility with benefits and work from home days. Communication is non-existent. This greatly affects their ability to find new hires and also sours employee morale.
Advice to Senior Management – The upper management seems to be stuck in 1950’s business practices. They need to realize this is the 21st century to be competitive.
