Logica – “dont konw”

Pros

Logica is one ofe biggest players its a stable company that means that you can count om having a job to go to, i don't think Logica will go bankrupt just over night. There is some program for growth that is really good för finding the next generation of leaders.

Cons

the pay could be better. Don't just think of the shareholders, it's us on the people that makes the money for the company that should be prio one. If we arn't happy the company will not make as much money as it wants. The growth program is only för breading leeders not the rest.
