Former Employee – worked at Logitech

Pros – - Great work/life balance.
- Nice people with a family feel.
- Great Logitech discount if you buy a lot of their products.

Cons – - Management is old school and is not open to changes.
- Most employees have been with the company for a long time, so they are just not motivated and unwilling to change.
- Company rarely promotes people from within.
- Old buildings and no nice perks to work here.
- Horrible HR. I have no idea what their HR does all day. When I was hiring candidates for my Department, I had to call the candidates themselves for the initial screening.
- There's no incentive to work hard. You will get the same bonus and pay increase as everyone else even if you work your butt off.
- Duplicate Management roles and departments.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to let go of the old school upper Management, especially the ones with duplicate roles.
