“In transition”
Current Employee – been working at Logitech full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great work/life balance. Good people and environment.
Cons – Poor company morale. Not a lot of advancement within company. Employees seem to not care.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to provide career paths to attract and retain talent. Improve company morale and commitment by employees.
