I have been working at LogoNation full-time (less than an year)

Pros

The outside sales position is very enjoyable! Every day is different and exciting. It is the right position for someone who loves a challenge and is driven. LogoNation offers many opportunities for bonuses each and every month on top of your base salary and commission. Managers are in contact with you on a daily basis helping with questions, concerns, and willing to give advice. It is a smaller company so you aren't lost in the background.

Cons

Travel volume is high but not unmanageable. There isn't group insurance program.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what your doing I think this is a wonderful company who not only cares about the business but all their employees as well.

    Pros

This is an outside sales position so you are able to work from your home and car.

They reimburse you for gas and oil changes.

Great management, they were always helpful.

There is a base salary plus commission.

It is a smaller company so you do not feel like you are forgotten.

    Cons

There is a lot of driving, but this is expected in outside sales. You will put a lot of miles on your car.

They do not offer group health benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only advice I would give is having smaller teams.

I worked at LogoNation full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

LogoNation was a great place to work. They allow a relaxed dress code, have office functions at least once a month and from time to time have team building outings. All of those aspects make for a fun environment to spend your weekdays. LogoNation offers paid holidays off, accrued time off and a 401k plan. The individual workload was always steady and business was never at a lull. The job itself was enjoyable and tasks varied depending on it being the beginning or end of the month. If monthly goals are met, you have the opportunity for bonuses. Usually the bonuses are easy to meet, unless it's a month with holidays or you have customers that aren't responding to you in a timely manner. This job does require direct customer contact via phone calls. Most of them are pleasant, but you never know what you will get. I gained a lot of experience while working at LogoNation and was able work with a great group of people.

    Cons

The starting pay was on the lower end, however, you have opportunities to reach bonuses if your monthly individual and/or team goals are met. Most customer issues/questions are dealt with through the offsite salesperson first. Some of them are not the timeliest in responding, leaving you with gaps until you are able to speak with them. Lastly, there is no health insurance plan offered for those in the main office, but the salespeople do get a monthly allowance.
