I have been working at London Drugs full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Lots of advancement options, internal promoting is something London Drugs thrives off of. 90% of store managers started in stock service.
Pay is good, excellent benefits, and flexible work schedule.

    Cons

It's retail, so most of the cons are retail related. Tough work schedules, especially around Christmas time. Don't expect a set schedule as they schedule around business needs.
Head Office comes down hard on employees and sets impossible standards.
