ProsIndependence, methodical, well balanced, leads with a motive, a mission, annual bonus, good pay masters, understanding, open door policy

ConsLack of insurance, low annual bonuses, line of manager too biased

Advice to Senior ManagementEvaluate the directors regularly, good to delegate but need to spot check from someone totally unrelated to the person in charge to get an unbiased opinion. Must realize, that with increasing inflation, employees int he world need to be given a relief package that meets the basic needs of the employee.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
