I have been working at London Underground part-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

It's very inclusive. Whatever your gender, race or any preferences are, you have an equal chance of getting the job.
They pay well, and amount of annual leave is amazing.

    Cons

I'm working as operational staff in a station, and as we all know, things can go pearshaped in the network. You are on the front line in uniform, and some people take it out on you. Take a deep breath and ignore it, it's not your fault that signal failed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't be so quick to use the term 'Good Service'. When people are standing on the platform, waiting for their train for about 20 mins they tend to disagree. And when you're staff on that platform wearing a Hi Vi, you're an easy target for those more aggressive.
