I have been working at London Underground

Pros

The people within London Underground are generally very friendly. It is too easy for people to "get lost" within the business though and stay for a long time without needing to contribute much.

Cons

The company is a little backward with processes, technology and mangement techniques. They do seem away of this, which is the first step on the road to improvement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The business needs to behave like a money making business rather than a money spending business. The commercial accumen of some reasonably senior staff is shocking!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to us rather than trying to steam roll through the changes that we all know will come.
