Former Employee – worked at Lonza Biologics full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – People were great and had a fair amount of autonomy in role. Learnt a lot during the time I was there.

Cons – Career Progression limited within department and day job was so busy there was little time to get involved in anything new.

Advice to Senior Management – Look at training, development and career progression in all departments. There are not many people at this level who are happy doing the same thing day in day out, there must be an opportunity to learn more and be involved in different projects.
