Great Place to Work

ProsGreat support and advancement opportunities. The workload not too much and not that many late nights or weekends on average.

ConsThe pay you are given is somewhat below what the industry would consider as standard. The benefits could use some sprucing up also.

Advice to Senior ManagementI would advise increasing health plan coverage and tuition reimbursement. I would also advise giving out better starting pay and raises.
