Pros

Family-friendly, great company to work for. You get what you give, for the most part. The majority of employees receive recognition for their contributions to the company. I would definitely recommend working for Loram MoW, Inc.

Cons

There are a few middle managers that take free rides on the backs of their hard-working employees, and take credit for work that they contributed nothing to.

Advice to Management

Recognize the dead weight in middle management and clean out the people that are profiting from the hard work of their dedicated subordinates.

    Pros

Gas and housing costs were covered while on the job, plus long hours make it possible to save up a decent amount of money.

    Cons

Working 70 to 80 hours hours a week outside is very tiring. Often times you could work weeks without a single day off.

    Advice to Management

Watch over the crews more closely, the crew I was in was never that bad but I heard horror stories of fights and rampant drug use on other crews.
