Current Employee – been working at Lore Software Solutions

Pros – -Work-life balance, not too much of work pressure. Good cafeteria on roof...
-Comfortable work location
-Good learning opportunities for people starting in career

Cons – -Sr. Management decisions are not transparent
-Incompetent people are promoted to Sr levels, which cause discontent in honest and hardworking employees, even fresher are made Team leads, experienced ppl have no value.
-Appraisals process is worst, infact no appraisal process.
-100 different policies for 100 people....all based on relations with Sr. Management.
-Buttering or licking can take you higher than your doing your work honestly.
-Negotiate well before joining, they have given almost NIL raise in 2 yrs. you wont get support from anywhere -(Manager, HR etc).
-No pick and drop cab facility for Infrastructure people as promised during interview...a big hardship and shocking.
-Negligible shift allowance

Advice to Senior Management – -Make your decisions transparent and not like send email after implementing new policies at your whims. Involve employees in discussions before forcing absurd decisions on them. Take employees feedback against company policies and management honestly, rather than brushing their complaints under the carpet and creating heartburn and dissatisfaction.

-Changing teams or technologies is very very difficult. All depends on single person decision.

-Please leave and sleep at home you other wise also expect people to work 24/7 and where as you want to enjoy all luxeries in life and leave office at 4 Pm.

-Remember you are our role model, if you spend hardly 6 hrs in office and can't spend 9-10 hours in office, kindly dont expect ur to do the same, after all we also have family and life.. We are not your slaves.
