I worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Highest concentration of PhD's you'll ever find in the world. There' s a specialist in every subject there.

    Cons

Paperwork upon paperwork. If you're a foreign national, admire the number of safety blocks they put that slows you down considerably.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Labs get slowed down having to salvage old machinery for screws of all things. Just buy all the basic stuff and give it to each lab.
