Pros

Great place to work, salary is good. great people and commodore. you will learn to fight fire cook and clean. 24 hour shifts 10 days a month

Cons

being away from home for long stretched at a time. Getting woken up in the middle of the night. Governments cut backs on retirement benefits

Take care of the real workers.

    Pros

    Job stability, unionized, educational, good benefits, and fair wages.

    Cons

    Plagued with incompetence ,nepotism, and racism. Management/ Administrators are generally overpaid egotistical puppets. The workers do all the work, yet they are often blamed by the public for issues that are beyond their control.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You are not invincible. Accountability is inevitable. The whistleblowers are just waiting for the greenlight.
