    Pros

The job was explained very well. I never felt intimidated. The pay rate was fair.

    Cons

It is a seasonal job. Wish it was a Permanent position.

    Advice to Management

I would like to know the exact date of when the season will close, this way I could look for my next job.

  2. A seasonal job with fluctuating workflow, with a lot of overtime required closer to Election Day.

    Pros

Depending on the team you work for, there is usually a sense of comradery. You can get pretty close with coworkers, since you work long hours with your team. This is a good first or second job to have if you are an as-needed employee.

    Cons

A division between teams can occur, slowing down productivity and/or the harmony in the office. Many as-needed staff don't feel fairly treated.
