Pros

My work site was incredible. My principal was great. The District as a whole needs a good amount of work.

Cons

The District should do a better job of teacher retention and to allow veteran teachers to reapply without penalty.

    The best part was helping families and students.

    The downside was the tremendous amount of budget cuts and how they affected the entire school.

    Give individual schools more autonomy over their own budgets.
