I worked at Los Angeles USD full-time (more than 10 years)

Pros

Making a difference with families and children

Cons

Noraises or cost of living increases for 5 years and furlogh days on top of that. I had the same gross income for 5 years. Governor Jerry Brown and the union that does not recognize health care workers

    Pros

    Pro active management- good working conditions. Salary a little small for the profession, little chance for advancement. Great benefits. A little too political.

    Too political, not a lot of room for advancement
