I have been working at Los Angeles USD full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's a great job to have and there are many opportunities for advancement

    Cons

I feel that there is a lack of communication and understanding between the District and constituents which leads to people being unhappy with funding, etc

    Advice to Management

The District needs to get out of the adult mentality that everyone is going to college, work on bringing back vocational programs and also work on explaining the budget to constituents more so that they are not upset or confused by certain ballot measures.
