    Pros

Uncanny ability to procure work when the market is flailing. Good reputation with public sector. Strong engineer staff. National and international presence. Inter-office work share. Good future for those willing to kiss up without having to do much.

    Cons

The office organization is laughable. Upper management and CAD staff are incompetent. Favoritism of "kiss-ups" is disgusting. Office morale is gloomier than prisoners at Abu Ghraib. Cut throat and self preservation are daily mantras among office staff.

  2. Good support, but they will toss you when they're done with you.

    Pros

Paid travel, decent wage and okay accommodations. Supervisors knowledgeable and easy to work with.

    Cons

Once they don't need you, do not expect any warning. They will terminate after two weeks of being unable to provide you with work. Arcane expense reporting and callous project organizers.

    Advice to Management

CRM needs to change as a field. Field Techs are professionals with four year degrees, who work hard in sometimes hellish conditions. The least you could do is attempt to retain some of us.
