Former Employee – worked at Louis and Clark

Pros – Flexible hours if you are part time, fairly understanding,

Cons – Part-time has no beneifits unless you work long enough. Then there is a 5% 401K reimbursement.
There is an extreme shortage of pharmacists, more often than not you get a pharmacist that is ancient and barely knows what they are doing, or they barely speak English. For every decent pharmacist, there are 2 that are just there so that the store can be open. However.. this may just be pharmacy in general and ot Louis and Clark Drug.

Advice to Senior Management – Praise jobs well done rather than only repremanding jobs that are not done well. HIRE SOME COMPETENT PHARMACISTS!
