I have been working at Lowe's Home Centers full-time for more than 5 years

ProsBenefits offered are very good. Employee are eligible for bonuses every quarter and managment get a yearly bonuse if numbers are met.

ConsLow pay and annual increases are very disappointing. Lowe's does not pay for experience upon your initial job offer and managers tend to low ball higher qualified applicants.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen, Learn and react to employee concerns.
