I worked at Lowe's

Pros

Lowe's worked with me during the time when I was completing my AA degree. I worked part-time on the weekends. I was given time off during finals.

Cons

Some of the managers were not reliable and sometimes played favorites. It was hard to deal with angry customers. Doing the same thing every day can get boring.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Just make sure the HR managers follow through with requests made by employees. Try to create a work environment where the managers do not play favorites
