I have been working at Lowe's

    Pros

The are reasonable place to work and people are friendly. Customer service is a good thing to learn and Lowes is the place to learn it at.

    Cons

Sometimes ASM management doesnt listen to some things you have to say. They kinda pass things off to the department managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better training for the upper management on having better communication skills. They say they will do something and then they dont.

    Recommends
