It's a decent place to work, especially in this economy.

Pros

Benefits, 401k, and opportunities so receive bonuses if you work for them. It's not really a hard job. You can work at a decent pace without being hovered over by management. They work hard to make sure it's a safe environment. Plenty of vacation time and a very lenient attendance policy, in my opinion.

Cons

Some of the equipment is somewhat out-dated but there may possibly may be some newer equipment on the way. The max pay rate is pretty good but if you are looking to do some big things with your life it may not be decent enough. Not much room for advancement.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are doing a pretty good job but employee morale is low. It a fault of your own but it still affects the business. Maybe boosting morale can help boost production.

    Pros

One pro is job security and flexibility to work with associates concerning vacation, time off, and problems that may occur. If you do have a problem with a manager they will eventually move on and no longer be the boss.

    Cons

This is the typical retail environment. There is a lot of turnover. Lots of part time workers who tend to not take the job seriously. If you have friends higher up you have a larger chance to get ahead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help on the floor a little more. More respect tends to make people work harder.
