ProsPotential to make a real difference in the lives of some fine people.
Pay rates were competitive for this industry.

ConsPoor people skills on the part of most managers.
Don't really address disciplinary issues effectively.
Corporate staff doesn't respect the field at all.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to and use your staff. The HR Manager can be your best friend and keep you out of trouble if let them.

    Good pace to work, as long as you are comfortable with customer first.

    Pros: Managment is very easy an open to talking to you about your issues, and in my experience most customers are nicer than at other jobs. People… Cons: Managers have a tendency to disapear wether there is work to be done or not.
