“Strong Values and Focused on the Customer Experience”
Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Good ethics and strong experienced leadership. Fair pay and regular annual raises.
Cons – More mature company with less growth means less room for advancement and less open positions. Office politics where people know each other or are even related.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more open about reorganizations. Reduce office politics. Be more willing to pay better to keep more loyal and talented employees.
