Pros

Once you are in full-time they are highly committed to you.
Attempting to use new technology.
A respected name and values that promote loyalty.

Cons

Staffing is often minimal,
Leadership is often pulled in many directions making it impossible to invest into specifics well.

Advice to Management

Communicate how the leadership vision is effecting our everyday work. Like why we are seeing long delays on big promised changes.

    Pros

    I enjoyed the customer interaction.

    Cons

    The scheduling is by far the worst. Full time employees must have open availability from 4 AM to 11 PM seven days a week.

    Advice to Management

    If there are two employees, one who wants to open, one who wants to close, why not accomodate them both? Why put them both in shifts that don't make them happy, all toher things being equal?
