    Pros

    Plenty to learn, variety of personalities to work with, great for networking, decent hours, pay raise after first 90 days, some flexibility in scheduling

    Cons

    No chance for improvement, no respect for education, "good ol boy" system reigns, poor pay, lots of talk and no action, took away sales commissions

    Advice to Management

    Do no play politics, follow the rules on hiring, do not hire people just to meet minority standards

    Close to home Some people are great to work with Teaching the consumer about product

    Cons

    Company cut all commissions Management Store level and above are idiots It is no longer about the customer

    Advice to Management

    get back to customer service and stop looking at cutting corners to save money. Stop dropping every sales issue in the laps of the Specialist and realize that regular CSA's need to produce more revenue.
