“A circus is less chaotic”
Current CSA
Pros – good pay, good people, benefits for part time employees and paid vacation for part timers, plus bonuses if we make sales quotas quarterly
Cons – heavy lifting, crappy computer systems, nothing ever goes right, inventory is never accurate
Advice to Senior Management – they don't listen anyway, no sense giving advice
