Lowe's Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Lowe's full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great company, great pay, corporate isnt completely out of touch with there stores.
I think if corporate was able to better implement the things they do and their control over managers then it would be much better.

Cons – Store managers are lazy, managers will create a hostile work environment to get people to work, because they dont know how to do there job, and are only good for holding up walls. Also lowe's has crap health insurance

Advice to Senior Management – Corporate needs to get on the store managers and assistant store managers to actually work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
