“Loved working at this store”
Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Pay was good, working with the public even better
Cons – Working more than one department in a shift and managers are not employee friendly.
Advice to Senior Management – Take some time to get to know the people that you work with, even the low man on the totem pole.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
