“Overview of Lowes in south carolina”
Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year
Pros – Hard to get fired, little commitment by anyone in store management. They are all burned out working for bonuses they don't get. I made more as a dept mgr than several ASMs. I have no drive to advance and work more hours for less money.
Cons – always changing, never teaching you to get better. No drive to improve. Allow employees to run over or manipulate how things get done. Store managers make threats but do nothing.
