Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for less than a year

Pros – Excellent pay, loved my coworkers, I highly enjoyed the customers and the experience

Cons – I had to work the closing shift more than anyone else.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure the same people aren't closing every night/weekend.
