“I fell respected and appreciated for what I do.”
Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for more than a year
Pros – I feel my pay is fair. I work in a positive environment. I get to help people every day. We are currently upgrading our technology and infrastructure.
Cons – Technology hasn't been upgraded to current norms. must work nights and weekends. Promotions and Hiring take awhile. Bonuses for employees are becoming harder to earn.
Advice to Senior Management – Reward your star preformers better and train those who struggle how to increase their productivity.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
