Current Employee – been working at Lowe's full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great work environment, Excellent benefits, plenty of room for advancement.

Cons – Nothing unusual for a large work force, usual politics and clic's. Mind your own business and treat it like a J O B and you will do just fine.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to promote from within when possible with employees who really care about the company.
