I have been working at Lowe's part-time for more than a year

Pros

Awesome people to work with... also a good work environment and culture.
Pay is decent for a retail job.
Can be a very fun place to work in general (some people can be mood killers, but good overall).

Cons

Employees are not truly empowered to deter to thefts.
Raises are minimal.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Some people need to recognize that micro-managing is not necessary.
