    Decent pay well above minimum wage

    Cons

    Lazy & rude management as well as customers
    Company policies are not adhere to by corporate or store level management
    No promotion unless you belong to a clique
    Managers come in hours late & lunchs are 2-3 hours long
    Never want to deal with any issues customer or store related
    Constantly berating employees

    Adhere to policies
    Managers should how to perform every job in the store
    Management should also use time clock to prevent & stop stealing of time
    Buy working equipment
    Scrap MyLowes program can't push a program that doesn't save customers money
