Pros – Competitive Pay at entry levels
Will work around your schedule
Cons – Does not acknowledge completion of a higher level degree
Management is not paid well compared to the amount of responsibility
Advice to Senior Management – Remember if you're stressed, the people below you probably feel it harder.
